Her services also include manicures, Gel X, and acrylic nails designed for clients who want beauty without compromising quality.

Meet Lexi, the founder and lead loctician of Lexi's Locs and a co-founder of The Black Label Collective—a collaborative beauty space created to elevate professionals and provide high-quality, intentional services under one roof.
At Lexi’s Locs, I specialize in healthy loc cultivation, maintenance, and education-focused services that support every stage of the loc journey. My work is rooted in consistency, proper technique, and client education, ensuring that each client not only leaves looking good, but understands how to care for their locs long-term.
The Black Label Collective was created to represent excellence, professionalism, and community within the beauty industry. As part of this collective, I collaborate with like-minded beauty professionals who share a commitment to quality service, growth, and elevated client experiences. Together, we’ve built a space where creativity, education, and luxury meet.
My mission is to provide a welcoming, professional environment where clients feel confident, supported, and empowered—whether they’re beginning their loc journey, maintaining mature locs, or seeking trusted beauty professionals within The Black Label Collective.

Meet Netera Simmons, a skilled and passionate hairstylist specializing in healthy hair care and protective styling. Through Hair Deep Beauty, Netera is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty while prioritizing hair health, precision, and client experience.
She specializes in silk presses with a full wash included, quick weaves, sew ins, as well as medium twists, knotless braids, and box braids, with both wash and hair provided for convenience and consistency. Her work reflects a commitment to quality, professionalism, and styles that are both beautiful and protective.
Netera is also a proud co-owner of The Black Hair Collective, a community of elite beauty professionals focused on education, excellence, and uplifting Black beauty through collaboration and craftsmanship
Aleeha
Meet Aleeha Bridges, she is a professional makeup artist and beauty creative with over 7 years of experience, specializing in flawless, confidence-boosting glam and elevated natural lash extensions. As the owner of Vixenology, Aleeha is passionate about enhancing natural beauty while delivering polished, high-quality results tailored to each client.
